Foxhole Logistics Guide 2026 — Complete Supply Chain from Scrap to Frontline
Logistics wins wars in Foxhole. A well-supplied frontline pushes forward; an undersupplied one collapses. This guide covers the complete logistics chain from raw resource to frontline delivery.

If you’re looking for Foxhole guide, or Complete Supply Chain from Scrap to Frontline, you’re in the right place.
The Supply Chain
Resource Field → Refinery → Factory → Storage Depot → Frontline Base
(scrap) (BMats) (rifles) (stockpile) (soldier uses it)
Each step requires a player. Skipping any step breaks the chain.
Step 1: Scrapping (Resource Gathering)
Grab a Hammer (or better, a Sledgehammer from a Storage Depot) and go to a resource field marked on the map.
| Resource | Refines Into | Used For |
|---|---|---|
| Salvage (Scrap) | Basic Materials (BMats) | Everything — rifles, ammo, building |
| Components | Refined Materials (RMats) | Vehicles, heavy weapons |
| Sulphur | Explosive Materials (EMats) | Grenades, artillery, rockets |
| Coal | Diesel, Petrol | Vehicle fuel |
Scrapping efficiency tips:
- Use a Harvester (vehicle) if available. 10x faster than hammer.
- Work in pairs: one scraps, one drives the truck.
- Fill a truck with 1,500 scrap (15 slots × 100) before returning to the refinery.
- Scrap fields respawn faster when more players are online. Peak hours = faster scrapping.
Step 2: Refining
Take raw resources to the nearest Refinery. Select the refinement recipe and set it to process. Refining takes time — queue up your resources and go do something else (make food, scrap more, etc.).
Refinement ratios:
- 2 Scrap → 1 BMat
- 20 Components → 1 RMat
- 10 Sulphur → 1 EMat
Always refine at a refinery with a power plant nearby if possible — power speeds up refinement.
Step 3: Manufacturing
Take refined materials to a Factory and place orders:
| Item | Cost | Time | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rifle | 20 BMats | 25s | High — always needed |
| 7.62mm Magazine | 20 BMats | 15s | High — rifles without ammo are clubs |
| Bandage | 10 BMats | 10s | Medium |
| Frag Grenade | 10 BMats + 5 EMats | 30s | Medium |
| Radio | 10 BMats | 15s | Low — but useful for intelligence |
| Shirts (Soldier Supplies) | 20 BMats | 20s | Critical — respawn tickets |
Factory tips:
- Queue multiple orders at once (public queue or personal queue)
- Personal queues are private but slower
- Public queues let anyone retrieve the items
- For front-line supply, use public queues so other logi players can deliver
Step 4: Delivery (The Most Important Step)
Load crates into a Transport Truck or Flatbed Truck and drive to a frontline Storage Depot or Forward Base.
Driving tips:
- Use roads. Off-road driving is 50% slower.
- Watch for partisans (enemy players behind your lines). If you see a suspicious player, turn around.
- Deliver to bases with low supply. Check the base’s inventory from the map before leaving.
- One truckload (15 crates) can supply a small front for 15-30 minutes.
The 80/20 Rule of Logistics
80% of the frontline needs are just three things: Rifles, 7.62mm ammo, and Shirts (Soldier Supplies). If you only supply these three items, you have done 80% of the logistics work. Everything else (grenades, specialist ammo, medical supplies) is supplemental.
Summary
Scrap → Refine → Manufacture → Deliver. Prioritise rifles, ammo, and shirts. Use a truck for transport. Watch for partisans. One efficient logi player can supply 10 infantry players.
