Wayfinder Weapon Crafting Guide 2026

Weapons in Wayfinder are crafted at the Huntmaster using materials from dungeons and open-world bosses. Each Wayfinder has weapon preferences that synergise with their abilities.

Best weapons per Wayfinder: Wingrave → Sword and Shield (Titan’s Bane). Silo → Dual Pistols (Night’s Edge). Niss → Daggers (Shadow Fang). Senja → Greatsword (Rift Breaker).

Farm materials from specific dungeons — each boss drops unique crafting components. Use imbuements to increase material quantity. Prioritise weapon upgrades over armour. A max-level weapon with budget armour outperforms budget weapons with max armour.

Best Weapons by Wayfinder

All weapons can be crafted at the Huntmaster in Skylight using boss materials + gold. Higher-difficulty imbuements increase the chance of rare material drops needed for the final upgrade tier.

Material Farming Route (Efficient Loop)

1. Undercroft (Maras) → Shadow essences, Night’s Edge materials
2. Highlands (Archon Commander) → Titan fragments, Dawnblade materials
3. Aurelian (Shadow Queen) → Void crystals, Shadow Fang materials
4. Reaver Woods (Goremaw) → Earth cores, Rift Breaker materials
5. Repository (Grand Magus) → Arcane dust, staff materials

Run each boss at the highest difficulty you can handle. Use at least 2 Flora imbuements for double material drops. A full loop takes 45-60 minutes and yields enough for 1-2 weapon crafts or upgrades.
