Tower of Fantasy Best Weapons Tier List 2026 — Meta Ranking

The Tower of Fantasy meta shifts with every new limited banner. Weapons released more recently tend to outperform older ones, but some standard-banner weapons remain viable. This tier list ranks weapons for general PvE content as of mid-2026.

Note: Verified as of July 2026. Check official patch notes for updates.

If you’re looking for Complete Tower of Fantasy weapon tier list for 2026, or Meta ranking for DPS, tank, and support weapons, you’re in the right place.

S-Tier — Must-Have for Endgame

Nan Yin (Purple Bamboo)

The undisputed queen of DPS. Provides massive off-field damage through her clone mechanic, buffs the entire team, and synergises with every element. Nan Yin at A1 is the single best investment in the game.

Yan Miao (Tranquil Heart)

Volt DPS with exceptional burst windows. Her discharge skill hits multiple times and resets cooldowns. At A3, she competes with limited banners released after her. Strong in sequential phantasm and group raids.

A-Tier — Strong Contenders

Fei Se (Pine Comet)

Flame DPS with excellent AoE and respectable single-target damage. Her skill creates a persistent fire zone that deals continuous damage. Great for mobbing and boss fights with adds.

Brevey (Pact of the Deep)

Frost support/DPS hybrid. Provides team-wide damage buffs and solid personal damage. Her A1 passive gives the team +10% final damage when her shield is active. Essential in frost teams.

Mimi (Scarlet Breeze)

Physical DPS with a unique stacking mechanic. Builds Momentum charges that enhance her damage and grant damage reduction. Self-sufficient and tanky. Strong solo play weapon.

B-Tier — Viable but Outclassed

Liu Huo (Blazing Inferno)

Flame DPS. Strong numbers but requires strict rotation management. Outclassed by Fei Se in most content.

Fiona (Moonlit Grace)

Altered-element support. Provides healing, shields, and team buffs. Fiona at A1 is valuable in any team composition. Her versatility keeps her relevant even against newer supports.

Rubilia (Lost Melody)

Volt DPS with flight mechanics. Strong burst but long cooldowns. Useful in Bygone Phantasm for mobbing floors, but falls behind Nan Yin and Yan Miao in boss fights.

C-Tier — Niche or Powercrept

  • Lin (Shadow Weaver) — Once S-tier, now outclassed by newer altered weapons
  • Saki Fuwa (Azure Edge) — Decent frost tank weapon, but tank role is undervalued
  • Nemesis (Star of Oblivion) — Starter volt support, replaces with Fiona as soon as possible
  • Samir (Dual EM Stars) — Good for new players, outclassed by every limited volt DPS

Standard Banner Priority

If you are free-to-play, invest your Gold Nucleus pulls and Black Gold (standard banner currency) into:

  1. Shiro — Physical DPS with the best Shatter in the game. Her skill resets on kill, making her exceptional in mobbing content.
  2. Cocoritter — The best standard healer. A1 gives her a strong team-wide healing buff.
  3. King — Reliable shield breaker. Falls off late-game but carries early and mid content.
  4. Tsubasa — Frost DPS, solid damage, easy to play.
