Tarisland: Bard Harmony Build (Season 4)

In Season 4, the Harmony specialization for Bards has overtaken Solo due to buffs to AoE shielding. This build focuses on mitigating damage before it happens.

Prioritize these nodes:

1. Resonance (Core): +Crit Rating is essential. Harmony healing thrives on crits.
2. Focus: Cooldown Reduction.
3. Omni: Increased healing on targets below 50% HP.

Talents

• Level 15: Chord of Life. Your basic melody now heals 2 nearby allies instead of 1.
• Level 30: Wall of Sound. “Sonic Shield” absorbs 20% more damage but has a 2s longer cooldown.
• Ultimate: Symphony. Massive AoE heal + 10% Damage Reduction for 8s.

Rotation

1. Pre-pull: Cast Sonic Shield on the Tank.
2. Maintenance: Keep Melody of Regeneration (HoT) on the Tank and 2 off-tanks.
3. AoE Burst: When boss casts a raid-wide:
   • Cast Dynamic Chord (Instant AoE Heal).
   • Follow up with Symphony (Ultimate).
4. Filler: Spam Passion Note to build resource.

Stat Priority

Crit > Cooldown > Intelligence > Stamina

Keep your Crit rate above 25% to ensure your shields proc the “Critical Barrier” passive.
