Ravendawn: Sajecho Island Trade Pack Route (Safe vs Risky)
Trade packs are the lifeblood of the Ravendawn economy, and Sajecho Island offers some of the highest profit margins for players willing to brave the seas.
Whether you prefer a peaceful sail or a high-risk gamble, here is how to run the Sajecho Spice route efficiently.
The Pack: Sajecho Spice
- Ingredients:
- Sajecho Peppercorns: Farmed directly on the island or bought from the local market.
- Garlic: High demand, so check prices before crafting.
- Profit: ~20-30% higher than mainland packs due to the island bonus.
Route 1: The Safe Run (Ravencrest)
Best for solo players or those with slower ships.
- Craft: Create packs at the Sajecho Tradepost.
- Sail: Hug the eastern coastline of the island, staying within the safe zone waters as much as possible.
- Destination: Ravencrest.
- Pros: Minimal PvP risk. Consistent, albeit lower, profit.
- Cons: The “Distance Bonus” is only moderate (~110%).
Route 2: The Risky Run (Defiance)
Best for groups or fast clippers.
- Craft: Create packs at Sajecho.
- Sail: Head West towards the open ocean. You must cross the Plunder Channel, a notorious PvP hotspot.
- Tip: Check the map for “Conflict Zones” before crossing. If a guild war is active, wait it out.
- Destination: Defiance.
- Pros: Maximum Distance Bonus (~140%). Massive silver returns per pack.
- Cons: High chance of piracy. Losing a pack here hurts.
Survival Tips
- Scout: Send a party member ahead on a fast mount/ship to check for gatecamps near the Defiance harbor.
- Time it Right: Run packs during off-peak hours (early morning server time) to avoid large zergs.
- Don’t Greed: If you spot a suspicious ship, turn back to the safe zone immediately. Saving 5 minutes isn’t worth losing 30 minutes of farming.
