Britaria: How to Claim a Housing Node

Britaria uses a strictly limited open-world housing system. There are only 500 nodes per server. Owning one allows you to build a house, farm plots, and set tax rates for vendors on your land.

Finding a Node

Nodes appear as Blue Rune Circles on the ground.

  • Nodes are visible on the mini-map only when you are within 100 meters.
  • Status:
    • Blue: Unclaimed.
    • Red: Claimed by Enemy Faction.
    • Green: Claimed by Friendly.

How to Claim

You need a Land Deed item.

  1. Purchase Deed: Buy from the Royal Steward in the Capital City (Cost: 100 Gold).
  2. Travel: Go to the node.
  3. Interact: Press F on the rune circle. Channel for 30 seconds.
    • Danger: Channeling flags you for PvP instantly. Anyone can attack you to interrupt.
    • Tip: Bring a guild escort.

Maintainence (Taxes)

Once claimed, you must pay Weekly Upkeep to the King.

  • Cost: 10 Gold / week.
  • Failure: If you miss a payment, the node becomes “Contested.” Anyone can siege it and take it.

Benefits

  • ** recall point:** You can teleport to your house.
  • Storage: 50 slots of local banking.
  • Farming: You can plant Regents that do not spawn in the wild often.
