How the advisor works
Build advice in Albion fails when it starts from vibes — "get good gear" means nothing without content, weapon, tier and budget. This advisor starts from the opposite end: eight curated meta templates covering Corrupted Dungeons, Mists, Hellgates, ZvZ roles and fame farming, each with a role, armor/food/potion plan, counters and an upgrade order. You pick the content and weapon line; the template does the game-knowledge work.
Item power is computed from the game client data, not estimated: every combat piece follows 300 + 100 × tier + 100 × enchant at Normal quality, verified across weapons, head, armor, shoes and offhands. Your weapon and offhand are then priced live on the Albion Online Data Project for your server and city, so the budget check uses real silver numbers — or tells you honestly when no orders exist. The AI coaches the fit: what the kit beats, what beats it, the opener, and the single best next upgrade.
Templates are versioned (2026-09) and balance patches move the meta — re-check the greats after each season. Pair the kit with the Refining Profit tool when funding it through crafting rather than flipping.
