Project Gorgon Crafting Skills Guide: How to Level Every Trade Skill
Project Gorgon has over 30 trade skills. Not professions with a cap โ actual skills that level independently, each with their own abilities, recipes, and synergies. You can learn every single one on the same character. This guide covers every trade skill, where to find the trainer, what the skill does, and how to level it efficiently.

Skill Synergies to Target
Some skills are designed to work together. These combinations are most efficient:
| Combo | Why It Works |
|---|---|
| Skinning โ Tanning โ Leatherworking | Full leather production chain. Self-sufficient armor crafting. |
| Mining โ Blacksmithing โ Weapon Augmentation | Mine ore, craft weapon, augment it. Complete weapon pipeline. |
| Gardening โ Cooking โ Gourmand | Grow ingredients, cook meals, extend buffs. Infinite food loop. |
| Foraging โ Alchemy โ Battle Chemistry | Find herbs, brew potions, use them in combat. |
| Fishing โ Sushi Preparation โ Cooking | Catch fish, make sushi meals. Alternative Cooking path. |
Leveling Strategy
- Level gathering skills first. You need raw materials before you can process or craft anything.
- Craft everything once. The first time you craft an item gives bonus XP. Make one of everything before grinding a single recipe.
- Use vendor-bought materials for early levels. Farming 500 oak logs is slow. Buy them from the vendor in Serbule Keep, process them into planks, sell the planks back. You lose money but gain skill fast.
- Synergy skills boost each other. Leveling Geology makes Mining faster. Leveling Gourmand makes Cooking buffs last longer, which makes you want to cook more.
