Realm Cards — Your Most Important Tool
Realm Cards determine the biome, difficulty, and modifiers of the realm you enter. Combine a Biome Card (Forest, Desert, Swamp) with a Major Card (difficulty modifier) at a portal to create a new realm.
Best early game card combination: Forest Biome + Settler Major Card (lowest difficulty). Safe, resources are abundant, enemies are weak. Stay here until you craft Tier 1 gear.
Crafting and Gear Score
Craft everything yourself. Enemies drop materials, not finished gear. Improve your Gear Score by crafting higher-tier items. Each new tier requires materials from harder realms. Always upgrade your gear to the current tier maximum before moving to the next difficulty.
Estate Cairn
Your home base in the Abeyance realm (permanent safe realm). Build storage, crafting stations, and recruit NPCs to work here. Your Estate is your respawn point and progression hub.
