Zillow for Warcraft: All Hidden Decor Locations

Blizzard has launched a surprise collaboration with real estate giant Zillow, bringing “Open House” events to Azeroth. This limited-time event allows players to scout potential (and completely unaffordable) real estate in major cities to earn exclusive decor for the new Midnight Player Housing system.

Completing the tour awards the Cozy Hearth Plushie Pack, a set of three high-quality plushies to decorate your new player home in Quel’Thalas.

Event Overview

• Duration: February 19, 2026 – March 5, 2026
• Requirement: Level 20+ character.
• Quest Starter: Talk to Realtor Grizzik in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar to begin the quest “Location, Location, Domination”.
• Objective: Visit 5 “Open House” signs across Azeroth.

All 5 Open House Locations (with Coordinates)

You simply need to interact with the “Zillow Open House” sign at each location. A Goblin or Gnome realtor will be standing nearby pitching the property features.

1. Stormwind City (Alliance) or Orgrimmar (Horde)

• Stormwind: Located right outside the Trade District Auction House. Look for the blue sign next to the mailbox.

• Orgrimmar: Found in the Valley of Strength, directly to the left of the main Auction House entrance.

2. Valdrakken (Dragon Isles)

Head to the Artisan’s Market. The sign is posted near the Crafting Orders clerks, advertising “spacious vertical living with minimal fire hazards.”

3. Dornogal (Khaz Algar)

In the Earthen capital, the sign is located near the Foundation Hall inn. The listing describes it as “solid rock construction, surprisingly cozy.”

4. Silvermoon City (Revamped)

With Midnight’s focus on Quel’Thalas, the re-opened sections of Silvermoon have a listing. Look in the Court of the Sun, near the path leading to the Sunwell.

5. Booty Bay (Stranglethorn Vale)

The final location is neutral. Head to the Salty Sailor Tavern. The sign is actually on the dock just below the tavern, claiming “oceanfront property with free pirate aesthetic.”

Rewards: The Cozy Hearth Plushie Pack

Once you have visited all 5 locations, you will automatically receive the Cozy Hearth Plushie Pack in your inventory. This is a Warbound item, so you can mail it to your main housing character.

Using the item unlocks the following Decor pieces:

1. Lil’ Ragnaros Plushie: A cute, non-burning version of the Fire Lord.
2. Murloc Beanbag: Complete with the iconic “Rwlrwlrwl” sound when you sit on it.
3. Hearthstone Throw Pillow: A small blue spiral pillow for your bed or couch.

Tip: If the signs aren’t interactable, try disabling any addons that modify tooltips, or reload your UI with /reload.
