WoW Midnight: How to Unlock the Ethereal Soul-Trader Vendor in K’aresh
With the launch of World of Warcraft: Midnight Patch 11.1, players are scrambling to access the new high-end vendors in the capital city of K’aresh. One of the most important new NPCs is the Ethereal Soul-Trader, who sells powerful Item Level 645 trinkets to kickstart Season 2.
Requirements to Unlock
Unlike previous expansions where vendors were locked behind lengthy campaign questlines, the Ethereal Soul-Trader is locked primarily behind a reputation threshold with the Consortium faction.
To interact with the vendor and view their wares, you must reach Friendly standing with the Consortium.
Gaining Consortium Reputation
- Daily Quests: Complete dailies in the K’aresh residential district.
- Void Contracts: Turn in [Void-Touched Insignias] dropped by elite mobs in the new outdoor zone.
- Weekly Event: Participate in the “Bazaar Defense” scenario for a larger reputation chunk.
Vendor Location: Void-Torn Bazaar
Once you have reached Friendly, you can find the Soul-Trader located in the southern section of the Void-Torn Bazaar.
