Diablo 4 Paragon Planner

Budget every paragon point across your boards, then estimate the Pit grind to level each glyph. Real cap values, community-documented XP math.

1 point per paragon level; glyph upgrade needs Pit ≥ glyph level + 10.
Pure client-side math — nothing is sent anywhere. Works offline and never uses AI quota.

Why paragon budgets get misplanned

The board system looks generous until you count: the starting board plus four attached boards commonly eats 200+ of your points, and every unused point quietly limits which legendary nodes you can actually reach. Budgeting boards before you respec prevents the "I'm six points short of a glyph socket" trap — the planner keeps a running count against your real total: 300 from levels, plus 42 seasonal rank points for seasonal characters, or Renown/Altar bonuses (24 + 4) on the eternal realm.

Glyphs are the other half of the math. The upgrade rule: your Pit clear must run at least 10 levels above the glyph's level — farming Pit 75s for a level-100 glyph yields nothing. Total XP per full Pit clear scales with the documented formula (roughly 60,000×Pit + 1.95M monster/reward XP plus a fixed per-elite component), and the curve to 24.78 billion XP (Paragon 300) is exponential — from level 280, you're only halfway. The planner translates that into honest run counts at your actual clear level.

Both halves are pure browser math: no server, no API, no account. For deep board-by-board theory, Maxroll's paragon boards guide and paragon experience breakdown carry the full research, and our D4 Build Calculator handles the stat caps side.

Frequently asked questions

How many paragon points exist in Diablo 4 in 2026?

Characters earn 1 point per paragon level up to Paragon 300. Seasonal characters add up to 42 more from season rank rewards (342 total); eternal characters add 24 from Renown plus 4 from Altars of Lilith (328 total). The planner validates your board allocation against the right budget.

How do glyphs level up?

Glyphs gain XP from Nightmare Dungeon and Pit clears while equipped. The Pit is the efficient choice: a full clear at Pit level X awards roughly (60000×X + 1,950,000) + (170×X + 7,000)×160 total XP per Maxroll's paragon-experience research, and the pit needs to sit at least 10 levels above your glyph to keep upgrading it.

What does the planner actually compute?

Two things: first, a point budget across however many boards you're running with over/under checks; second, glyph leveling — it estimates full Pit clears needed to reach your target glyph level using the documented XP curve, and warns when your clear level is too close to the glyph level to upgrade.

Is any of this sent to a server?

No — both tools are plain JavaScript running in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, so it works offline and never uses AI quota.

Example: seasonal character plan

Seasonal, 342 points, 5 boards, glyph 45→100, Pit 75. Result: 14 free points after gates, ~18.2M XP per Pit 75 run, ~16 runs needed. Warning: Pit 75 can upgrade level-100 glyph (needs Pit ≥ 110).
