Scars of Honor: Human Racial Abilities - 'Diplomacy' Perk

In Scars of Honor, choosing your race is a permanent decision that affects your gameplay economy and group utility. Humans are often overlooked, but their Diplomacy perk makes them an economic powerhouse.

Note: Verified as of July 2026. Check official patch notes for updates.

The “Diplomacy” Perk

• Effect: Reduces vendor buy prices by 10% and increases sell prices by 5%.
• Impact: Over the course of the game, this saves thousands of gold on mounts, reagents, and repairs. Many guilds require at least one Human “banker” alt to handle guild finances.

Active Ability: Rallying Cry

Humans are not just traders; they are leaders.

• Ability: Rallying Cry
• Effect: Buffs all party members’ damage and movement speed for 10 seconds.
• Cooldown: 5 Minutes.
• Usage: Best pop during “Burn Phases” on dungeon bosses or when needing to escape a bad pull in PvP.

Best Class Synergy: Paladin

The Human race pairs exceptionally well with the Paladin class.

• Stat Synergy: Paladins benefit greatly from Charisma, a stat Humans have high base values in.
• Roleplay: The “Diplomacy” perk fits perfectly with the Paladin’s role as a face of the party, allowing them to negotiate better rewards for quests (where applicable) and cheaper supplies for the team.

If you plan to lead raids or manage a guild bank, the Human is the optimal strategic choice in Scars of Honor.
