RuneScape: Dragonwilds Full Launch September 15, 2026 — Console Release and 1.0 Details
RuneScape: Dragonwilds will leave Early Access on September 15, 2026 and launch in full on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). The console release marks the first time a RuneScape title has appeared on a PlayStation platform in the franchise’s 25-year history.
The announcement was made at Summer Game Fest 2026 with a new trailer.

What Is RuneScape: Dragonwilds?
Dragonwilds is an open-world survival crafting game set on Ashenfall — a forgotten continent in the RuneScape universe. It supports 1-4 player co-op and blends traditional RuneScape elements (quests, skills, lore) with survival mechanics (gathering, building, crafting).

- Cooperative survival — Explore, build, and fight alongside up to 3 friends
- Skill system — Level traditional RuneScape skills in a 3D survival context
