AdventureQuest 3D: Nulgath 2026 - Fastest Diamond Farming

With the 2026 Nulgath update, AdventureQuest 3D has introduced a new, streamlined method for farming the coveted Diamonds of Nulgath. Whether you are going for the new Void sets or finishing up old collections, this loop is currently the most efficient use of your time.

The Quest: Contract of the Void

Forget the old skew quests; the new repeatable quest “Contract of the Void” is the meta for 2026.

  • Quest Giver: Oblivion (or the new Nulgath Servant NPC).
  • Location: The “Overlay” Dimension. This new zone is accessible through the red portal in the Wasteland.

Farming Strategy

The quest requires you to defeat waves of Void creatures in the Overlay. The density of mobs here is extremely high, making AoE classes king.

  1. Void Highlord (VHL): If you have already unlocked this, it is undisputed. Its sustain and AoE burst allow you to pull entire rooms without dying.
  2. Necromancer: For those who haven’t unlocked VHL yet, Necromancer is the best alternative. The grand summons can tank the high-damage Void mobs while you whittle them down with skeletal minions.

The Loop

  1. Accept “Contract of the Void”.
  2. Enter the Overlay Dimension.
  3. Pull the first two rooms together.
  4. Burst down mobs to collect Essence of Defeat.
  5. Turn in and repeat.

Using this method, players are reporting drop rates of roughly 10-15 Diamonds per hour, a significant increase over previous years.
